Effective October 20, 2026
This page covers the TraxrGRC website at traxrgrc.com and its documentation at docs.traxrgrc.com. TraxrGRC is a product of John Christopher Ventures ("we," "us").
What this site collects
Only what you send through the contact form. The pages themselves are static and have no accounts or sign-in.
- No cookies. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- Cookieless page counts. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and assigns you no identifier, so there is nothing for it to recognize you by on a later visit or on anyone else's site. It records aggregate page loads without personal tracking.
- No other third-party content. Fonts, images, styles and the documentation search are served from this site. Apart from Cloudflare's page-count script, no scripts, fonts, embeds or advertising load from anyone else. Your browser contacts Formspree only when you submit the contact form.
Hosting
The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.
Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization (optional) and a message. Submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to us; its privacy policy governs how it handles and retains submissions on our behalf. We use what you send only to reply and to arrange a demo. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else.
We keep a submission only as long as we need it to answer you, or, if we go on to work together, for as long as that work and its record-keeping require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. On this site that only ever covers what you sent through the contact form. To exercise any of these rights, send a request through the contact form and we will respond promptly.
The TraxrGRC product
This page describes the website only. TraxrGRC itself runs on servers its customers operate, and each customer controls the data in its own instance.
Changes
If the site ever adds anything else that collects information, this page will say so first, with a new effective date.
